There will be two opportunities for attendees at the Summit on the Aedes aegypti Crisis in the Americas to view posters presented by attendees. Please click here to submit your poster for inclusion in the Summit. A list of posters to be presented will be available at the registration table onsite on 13 March, 2016.

Submission details:

• Poster Size: Each poster must be contained within the 46 × 46 inch (117 × 117 cm) space provided. One poster will be displayed on each side of a single, vertical board.
• Set Up: Your poster can be displayed for the duration of the meeting on 13 March. Bring your own Velcro strips to secure your display to the poster board. The poster board is covered with felt cloth, and the frame is aluminum. Please do not attach anything to the metal frame. You will be given the exact location of the poster area at the registration desk for the Summit in the morning on 13 March.
• Poster Presentation Times: Poster presenters should plan to be available at their assigned poster board for the evening reception from 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM at the conclusion of the Summit. This is the best time to interact with other attendees prior to the start of the XXVI Brazilian Congress of Entomology (XXVI CBE) / IX Latin American Congress of Entomology (IX CLE).
• Poster Removal: Please remove your poster promptly at 6:00 PM on 13 March. The board will be quickly dismantled and moved to another location and you may lose your poster if you do not remove it.
